2. Return Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Return
Products are eligible for return under the following conditions:

Return request is raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2.2 Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect:

Freshly milled flours (e.g., Chakki Atta)

Edible oils (opened packaging)

Opened spice packets

Perishable goods

Products under promotional or bundled offers

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, a photo of the product, and the reason for return.

Our support team will verify your request and arrange a reverse pickup, if applicable.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are approved only after successful inspection of the returned item. You are eligible for a full refund in the following cases:

You received a damaged or expired item.

The item was incorrect or missing.

The return was approved and completed within the 7-day return window.

4.2 Refund Process
Prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: Refund will be processed to your bank account, UPI ID, or store wallet within 7–10 business days after you share the refund details.

5. Exchange Policy
We offer free replacements only under the following conditions:

The product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery.

The product delivered was incorrect (wrong item, size, or quantity).

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order for a hassle-free exchange.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped from our warehouse.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
