Chana Atta is what you get when you grind whole Bengal gram (kala chana or roasted chana) rather than splitting it into dal first. The result is a heartier, more nutritionally dense flour than regular besan, with the entire grain's fibre, protein, and minerals intact.
Hariom Chana Atta is naturally high in protein (around 20g per 100g), very high in dietary fibre, and has a low glycaemic index making it one of the better flour choices for people managing blood sugar, weight, or cholesterol. Rotis made with chana atta are dense and filling; a smaller portion satisfies longer.
