Sun-drying allows the excess moisture in the whole pippali spikes to be reduced perfectly to allow the spice to crush smoothly, stay crisp, and remain non-sticky.
In the cleaning process of the pipli whole, there is no addition of chemical coloring agents or artificial synthetic agents for polishing. It is left in its pure pipli whole form and state, maintaining the distinct earthy aroma of the indian pepper and the raw piper longum nutrition.
